all right come close (outfit / mood)

those peachy tones i talked about in the last post are still there for me. maybe it's the similarity to the stereotypical colors of the sunset, and the fact that we're in the sunset portion of the summer-- but i'm really loving the oranges and pinks and bronzes. the time of the year and the way that these colors seem to fade into one another puts forward the concept of transitions and shifts. i wore a red turtleneck that i made, and a thrifted orange skirt and pink button-down.

    I <3 this post! I'm trying to find my groove (other than day 2 school stress lmao) with it being a new month and whatnot, and this usually correlates with colours, which in turn usually correlates with the ~outside world + seasons~.     Oh man, am I feeling these vibes. Even just the word peach is such a summer *thiiiiing* for me and reminds me of lush, humid, dense summers under my grandpa's grapevines back home. It's those summers I miss, this summer being filled with staying-in-bed-all-day-anxiety about uni and applications and job interviews and etc etc. I've felt cold and grey and I really appreciate this lively post, man. I needed a peachy reminder of the good in summer. Hopefully the next one'll be better <3
